1. General terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Outlet 23 app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Outlet 23 is a platform connecting users with licensed retail outlets for ordering and delivery of alcoholic beverage products.
2. Age requirements
The Service is only available to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
We may verify age at any time, including upon delivery. Couriers may refuse to hand over orders if the recipient cannot prove they meet the age requirement.
3. User accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account using an active phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Do not share verification codes (OTP) with anyone.
- Report unauthorised account use immediately.
4. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change at any time and are determined by partner outlets.
We strive to display product information as accurately as possible but do not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free.
5. Delivery
Delivery time estimates are approximate and may be affected by distance, weather, and traffic conditions. Delivery is only available within designated service areas.
The recipient must be present at the delivery location and able to show valid ID if requested.
6. Payment
Payments are processed via QRIS through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service. Outlet 23 does not store your payment balance or credentials.
7. Cancellation & refunds
Orders can be cancelled while status is "Processing". Once the outlet begins preparing the order, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for damaged or incorrect products will be reviewed case by case by our team.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Outlet 23 is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service. You are fully responsible for consuming products responsibly.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
