How age is verified
- At registration — users declare and confirm they are 21 or older.
- At checkout — age confirmation is requested again before the order is processed.
- At delivery — couriers may request official ID (national ID card or driver's licence) to confirm the recipient's age.
When we refuse a sale
For safety, we will refuse or cancel sales in the following situations:
- The recipient cannot prove they are 21 or older.
- There are signs the purchase is intended for a minor.
- The recipient appears heavily intoxicated.
- The address is outside the service area or in a prohibited location.
Mindful consumption
